Angie, please don't punish yourself and not eat because you went off plan. That actually causes your metabolism to slow down and that is the last thing you want! According to the menu you posted form yesterday, you skipped breakfast too, and I didn't see where you went off plan and needed to try to save points. You seemed to be okay.
