Pumpkin Fluff

This is one of my all time favorites...it's like pumpkin pie w/o the fattening crust...

Pumpkin Fluff

1 - 15oz can pumpkin
1 pkg. fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 c. skim milk
1 - 8 oz. container. fat free cool whip
2 tsp. pumpkin spice

Using a mixer, blend pumpkin with dry pudding mix and milk. Fold in
Cool Whip. Chill.

1 cup = 2 pts.

I actually use half the cool whip in the "mixture" and then spread the other half on top...makes it like a crustless pumpkin pie.

OH, MY!!!!! Uki, I agree with you on the one serving!

I bought a jello pumpkin pudding mix (limited edition) last year....just made it last week. Of course, it was regular and not SF, but I splurged and had a serving of it.....made with crushed graham cracker as my "crust" and just my 1/2 cup was 3 pts.

I will deffinitely try the fluff!! Had thought about making it like this, but hadn't figured out the points! Thanks for sharing, Carrie!

this just sounds so delicious...for those of us not doing points, does a point equate with a certain amount of calories?? thanks for your help, Maajida
