B: Nutrigrain waffles and PB2, although, since I meet my mom for an early lunch today and I am not hungry, I may just hold out for lunch. I know it is not the best idea, but I HATE feeling like I have to eat if I am not hungry and would rather wait if that is the case.
L: Subway 6 inch turkey on wheat, lots of veggies, lots of vinegar but no oil, baked lays, diet coke
D: Oven baked chicken tenders, au gratin taters, veggies
Good morning.
B- Oatmeal with flax seed and banana
L- ham sandwich, carrots and grapes
Snack after workout- skim milk
D- Split pea soup, apple crisp (core)
Breakfast - Waffle topped with some cream cheese and some grapes (on the side).
Lunch - Baked Potato and Side Salad from Wendy's.
Snack - 100 cal choc cake
Dinner - ?? I'm not even sure how I'm gonna fit in dinner with my schedule tonight!!
Snack - Halloween candy (I'm being real here, people!)
