L: Delicious HUGE salad I made with grilled chicken tenders (I actually went outside and grilled - it is gorgeous outside today - usually don't grill just for myself LOL) and the usual tomato, red onion, etc. I also threw on some craisins and some blue cheese crumbles. Made my own balsamic vinagrette too. So good.

D: Going out somewhere - not sure yet but it will be OP.

Uki- My chicken yesterday was made the same as yours - it did come out very moist - actually fell apart when I tried to take it out of the pot - but it did not get brown at all. I cooked it on high for about 4-5 hours, maybe on low for longer would have done better. It was really tasty though and all the nasty greasy stuff settled on the bottom of the pot - whoo hoo!
