Lunch - Lite Bologna with Cheese on a 1 pt. bun, pretzels, 100 cal. choc. cake
Snack - Orange
Dinner - Leftover PoppySeed Chicken Casserole, green beans, dinner roll.
Snack - Banana and PB2
B-7:30 AM- Oatmeal with Fiber 1, Flax seed and banana
L-10:30- PB2 on sandwich thin, grapes and skim milk
S-3:30- Frozen berries with plain FF yogurt, bowl of shredded wheat with milk.
D-sometime after 6 will be at a B-day party having soup and bread. Thought about a piece of cake but looked it up and a 3" slice of cake with frosting is 12 points (Yikes). Will be skipping the cake.
