i was wonderin if it is possible to lose 10% in three months...my birthday is march 20th....i would love to hit my 10%goal by then i think that is 21 pounds...i just started 1/3/09 so what do u think is it possible i mean if i really stick to it and not fall off the wagon....oh it would be so great i would finally be under 200 pounds..i aint seen that in years...so please if anyone has accomplished this let me know...thanks
Renee, It might be possible to lose 21 pounds in 3 months. WW suggests 1/2 to 2 pounds per week. I've found that if I put a deadline on myself that I don't do well. I obsess and tend to fall off the wagon. My goal was to be under 200 by my BD in Nov. I didn't reach it till mid Dec. But have learned for me deadlines don't work. Good luck and stick with it and see what happens. Are you exercising? That is a big part of good losses.
