B: Out to brunch with my mom at Denny's - scrambled egg beaters and 2 pancakes with SF syrup. I will request my food be prepared without ANY oil or butter.
Breakfast - brace yourselves..I ate something different..2 waffles and some lite syrup. (The waffles were from Aldi, the Fit/Active Brand 2 waffles for 4 pts.)
Lunch - Leftover Spaghetti
Snack - Blackberry Yogurt
Dinner - not a clue
B: oatmeal (AGAIN!!!) and half a banana (the half my son decided he didn't want)
L: Mazzio's buffet (wish me luck, this is my first time to a buffet since I started WW)
D: 6" sub from Subway
no snacks because I'm sure my points will be gone!
