Here's today's menu:

Breakfast - 100 Cal. English Muffin with Low Sugar Strawberry Jam and a Banana.

Lunch - Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup.

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Pork Chops (thin sliced), mashed potatoes, roasted red/green/yellow peppers.

Snack - WW ice cream treat

B'fast - Coffee with creamer
Veggie omelet with Homemade salsa

Lunch - Boca burger on 1 pt bun
Lettuce, onion, and dill pickles
Cup of taco soup

Dinner - Stuffed bell pepper
Green beans
"Fried" potatoes

Snacks - Apple
Hot cocoa
Yogurt

L: Hmmmmm, not sure on that one. Either french toast or a baked potato topped with something.

D: chicken thighs in the crockpot, seasoned rice, green beans

treat: cookie dough sundae with toppings

L-chicken salad on sandwich thin, frozen berries with plain yogurt
D- casserole of grits, fat-free swiss and ham. Roasted veggies, Bryer's Free ice cream
S- probably popcorn
