You surely can... rumor has it that they are getting famous around here. LOL
They are really simple and there are 2 versions. Here is the easy one:
1 serving of pancake mix (I use the complete ones that you only have to add water to)
1 packet of splenda
a good shake of pumpkin pie spice.
Water - however much the mix calls for
Mix up and pour onto a hot griddle. I use the cheapo buttermilk pancake mix and it comes out to 3 points per serving. I usually make several smaller pancakes to make myself think I have a plateful! Then I top with SF syrup.
Now if you want to get fancy, you can add a couple spoonfuls of real pumpkin and just lessen the amount of water so that they aren't too runny. I still use the splenda and spices and the pumpkin is 0 points, so that won't change.
