I had bananas like that once. Open one up and try it mine were okay. It took another week to eat them all after I tried the first one and it they never ripened. Hope yours r okay.

B. oatmeal with cinnamon, splenda, and raisens.

L. egg on lt english muffin with 1 pt cheese and slice of ham. cup of sf pudding.

sn. coffe, veggies ff ranch.

s. steamed veggies but I'm not sure what yet for protein.
