I made this one up today and it so good and quite filling too!
1/2 cup Dannon Light N Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Tbs Better N Peanut Butter (you could use the PB2 stuff if you prefer but I am not sure if it would change the point value)
1/2 of a small banana, frozen
1/2-2/3 cup of ice, depending on your tastes
1 packet of splenda
Blend all of this together in the blender and enjoy!
I ran this through the WW recipe builder and it is 3 pts for the entire recipe!
