The New Culture

Imagine waking up every day knowing that the day was yours to do as you please, to assist your fellow humans in continuing to provide the world with a positive peaceful environment for the continuation of the human race.
There are no more governments divided by borders, there is only a world government. People are free to travel anywhere without 'papers', everyone on the planet speaks the same language, shares the same desires of living to the fullest each day, and there is world camaraderie of humans.
Religions no longer exist in a 'controlling' manner as they had in the past. They became extinct after too many wars had been fought in the name of some "God", and humans decided to collectively make religions a thing of the past, not the future. Humans had created religions therefore, humans could eliminate them as well.
Spirituality though took on a new global meaning that the whole world embraced, and through time and evolutionary processes of education of the young and old, after several generations, a 'oneness' with the planet emerged from within each individual, and the need to be spiritual became the new 'norm' that use to be associated with religion.
The advancements of cold fusion as a cheap energy source provided the catalyst for the development of all countries around the world. No longer was there poverty, starvation, etc. all humans on the planet were able to be fed without worries.
Medical advancements allowed humans to prolong life, acceptance of death allowed those with terminal illnesses to die peacefully.
A worldwide peace followed due to the cultural changes, governmental changes, educational evolution, and individual awareness of life and it's future.
Humankind evolved

Imagine.

Re: The New Culture

Come out of your dream world. Life would be so boring, if what you wish would happen and besides what one language would we speak, what one world government would we have, WHO would choose this world you're talking about? Are we all going to be the same color too? It sounds like this kind of thinking happen in Germany, oh say, around 1940's. We should celebrate differences and appreciate each other for who and how we were made. As far as religion, I can't convince you that the Bible is the inspired words from God and the Jesus is God in the flesh. God's Holy Spirit is and the only one who can wake you up on this planet. You have to believe in order for the bible to leap off the pages into your heart; there needs to be a change in man's heart. Man's heart is deceived. There needs to be an outside source other than yourself to bring peace. I challenge you read the Gospel of John. And ask The Holy Spirit to tell you the truth about really what's going on. Spirituality, isn't that your form of religion? By the way, who's says that people aren't waking up doing what ever they please, why do you think there is so much violence? Your writing is irresponsible and brainwashed sayings. Think truly about what you're writing. Sorry, I can't imagine!

Re: Re: The New Culture

At first i was amazed with the other guy's imagination and i seemed to go with it. I almost lost belief in God with the guy's deep opinions and explanations. But then i read what your point of view was and i was right back on track. Life would truly be pointless if it were all the same. This excitement you gain once you visit a new country, and when you learn about different cultures and music, would wither away. If we all were the same on the inside, we might as well walk around with the same faces.
And besides, there is no realism in what he is saying because if the government can barely rule a country, how can it manage to keep pace with the entire world?
Sorry, i can't imagine either:)

Re: The New Culture

Thank you very much for this wonderful post. I noticed the time you submitted it :-) ... amazing. I have to say, I CAN imagine the existence that you described. I felt the joy, radiance and expansiveness that I'm sure you were feeling when you wrote it. I understand what you mean about the global community that you speak of and for spirituality to be the norm... because we are ofcourse spiritual beings in human form. I can understand how what you described could be misinterpreted when looking at it from the perspective of what some may see as the tangible "reality" now... a lot of which is based on fear. The truth is, our planet is changing NOW. Look around you. More and more people seem to be experiencing an inner shift..... people are not just mindlessly jumping on some bandwagon for the sake of it. This isn't about "established religions" vs the "new age movement". Titles mean nothing. If you (in general) still feel lots of fear and resistance that manifests itself in various forms then that's ok.... but know that many many people are choosing to move beyond that and stepping into unconditional love for themselves and others...which is our true nature... and something I think that Jesus Christ represented and represents. Seeing non-christians as lost and christians as the true bearers of the truth is like looking at Jesus through the eyes of a pharisee.

Re: Re: The New Culture

Thank you for your comments as well. You bring up some good points, like the physical change of the planet is happening and it will and this isn't about "established religions" vs the "new age movement". Some of your statement were a bit broad so if you could clarify some of them, I would appreciate it. The statements you made “when looking at it from the perspective of what some may see as the tangible "reality" now... a lot of which is based on fear.” Could you elaborate more on this? The other point you made about “inner shifting.” Who are the people, who are experiencing this inner shift and what kind of inner shift are you talking about? I wish it was true that unconditional love for self and others were true but that’s not our true nature. A couple of things come to mind; when raising children, do you have to teach them how to be bad? Of course not, that’s just a reminder to us from God, that we are _______, I’ll let you fill in the blank. Who are all these people you know: “many people are choosing to move beyond that and stepping into unconditional love for themselves and others.” I disagree with the jumping on the bandwagon because as you stated yourself “Seeing non-christians as lost and christians as the true bearers of the truth is like looking at Jesus through the eyes of a pharisee.” This a typical statement to thrown in, when one runs out of things to say. Nowhere does it say that Jesus tells us to love ourselves and then love others. The Bible says to love God first and then we will be able to love others through His love. I challenge you to read Matthew 22:37. Check it out for yourself.

KANE: What is said but not spoken

Hey, DW Diff, I think your post is near the X, so much so that if I ever finish the book I'm writing called, KANE: What is said but not spoken, I would like you to have an look at it.

Yeah, your wording might seem an bit corney for some as mine will seem an bit deep, conspired, and war mungerish, but I'm all for contributing as an mass, in many things among them the sciences.

And true, too many have been lost and too many wars started in the name of religon.

"Those who hurt and kill in the name of a God alone, should be thrown to ravages of hell"
