65 minutes on the treadmill. I went over a little watching a tv show about this family with 11 kids! Wow!

My grandkids have taken over the living room where I do my walking.....I guess I will have to wait til later to get my two miles in. Sometimes I think I'm going my "last mile" when they're here! LOL! I'll do the walking later!

60 minutes on the treadmill all done.

40 minutes on the trainer.
