Breakfast - Veggie Omelet with homemade salsa
Coffee with creamer (ALWAYS)

Lunch - Boca burger on a 1 point bun
Lettuce (Should have had something different
since I'm having burger for dinner,
but I love these things and they're
quick, filling,and addictive!)

Dinner - Grilled Hamburger, lettuce, tomato, onion
Grilled zuchinni

Snack - Yogurt, Hot cocoa

L: 2 small bowls of seafood chowder
3 BLASTED PB/Chocolate chip cookies

D: 1/2 cup macaroni with marinara sauce
