60 min. water aerobics, 30 min on treadmill. I increased the incline more today and my butt felt it

40 min treadmill. Some ab and flexibility work. I agree pat I love to up the incline I feel that I get a much better workout than just walking flat. I may not go as far or as fast but I sure burn more calories. At least that is what my treadmill tells me.!!!
