60 minutes on the treadmill.
30 minutes on the Gazelle and 150 crunches done!
150 Crunches Brooke, that's awesome!!! Today: Step class 45 min, elliptical, stairs, weights, squats, running MY HIGHEST TOTAL EVER 1035 calories!!! So excited. GOtta burn of the 2 lbs I gained last week.
70 minutes in the pool. Brooke I can't imagine doing all those crunches and Lisa what a calorie burn. I was at about 350 when my aerobics class was finished so had to stay in the pool till over 400. Pat
