Pat, I know it is discouraging to see the scale move upward when we are staying OP and getting exercise. Do you suppose you are retaining fluid? Are you eating any more salt than usual? I am currently quite annoyed with my own scale.:) Just hang in there and keep doing what you know is the right thing to do. That's all I know to do myself. I have also increased my exercise the past couple of weeks. That could have something to do with it until my body does that "adjusting" everybody talks about.:)
