Hi Pat! I have followed your cattery for a while since we lost a 3 year old domestic rescue boy to HCM suddenly. I spoke to you back then when we were looking for a new kitty and I just loved the Maine Coon breed. Regrettably, you didn’t have any kittens so to heal my wounded heart, we found another local breeder who had a kitten available. I still followed your page and just knew that when the time was right, we would get another MC kitten from you. Yesterday, we adopted one of your kittens and OMG he is just so special and such a joy. I was also so appreciative of the time you gave us to go over things with us - we didn’t just pick him up and go! I could also see in your eyes how you truly value and care for all of your cats. We are only 24 hours in and our Hermes has stolen our hearts! He loves brushes, snuggles FOOD (hahaha), chasing the laser, fighting his reflection in the mirror, etc. He has the most wonderful purr too! I slept with him last night and aside from worrying I would roll over on him, it was a peaceful first night. He woke me up by licking my face and chirped like it was time for breakfast. I can’t wait to see him grow and I am so thankful for the care you obviously put into your cats. We haven’t introduced him yet to our 2 other kitties but I know that with enough time and treats, they will be convinced that this little dude is the missing piece we all needed.

I adopted one of Pat\'s retired females Antigua about a month ago and she has been the most amazing first cat I could have ever asked for. She is the sweetest, gentlest, loving cat. As I\'m typing this, she is walking all over me in bed trying to get more pets haha. In visiting Antigua to see if I would be a good fit and when I went to pick her up, I could tell that Pat truly loves all of her cats dearly and I am so grateful that she trusted this gorgeous girl to me.

I picked up my Coonlet the end of June 2021. I am new to cats and there was/is a
lot I didn\'t know. I researched Maine Coones, looked at many pictures. I know they are large. But knowing and having a kitten grow a pound a month is not something I expected. It\'s been a great process for me and I am thinking about getting another. For all of the people who are thinking of getting one of Pats kittens, you will be very happy and not regret it. Pats kittens are exactly as she describes, healthy trained and wonderful.

My husband was never too keen on cats. He started warming up with our older Maine Coon Mix and Norwegian Forest Cat mix (both now over the Rainbow Bridge). When he got cancer, he started thinking more and more about Maine Coons and beginning his research. We found Makanacoon and soon Biscuit, now Makanacoon\'s Devil or Angel (Angel). He\'s hooked and we\'re now getting 2 more kittens. Thank you! :slightly_smiling_face:

My daughter and I adopted two gorgeous female Maine Coon kittens from Pat in April. They are sisters. These are the sweetest most darling cats ever. One is a red tabby That is absolutely hige with very long silky fur. The other is a gorgeous patched silver tabby. She has five different colors in her coat and her patches are very distinct on a rich silver background. I have never seen such unusual beautiful markings on a cat. Add stripes and she looks totally exotic! Both kittens have the sweetest gentlest personalities and wow do they love their people! They follow us everywhere in the house, even intonthe shower! They have to be in the midst of all the action. Our kittens love to sleep in our beds at night and cuddle by the TV on the couch. I love how laid back these kittens are. We have 3 active Shelties and the kittens don’t mind the dogs a bit! I highly recommend Pat and her Maine Coons. She is so careful with their health and they come to their new owner completely socialized and trusting of people. Thanks Pat, for the best kittens ever!

Our Benelli kitty (formerly \"Jamaica Jerry\") is now almost 8 months old, it\'s a good thing he is huge because there is just more of him to love!!! (Weighing 15 lbs currently) He Is eating canned Weruva wet food, raw food once daily and has Life\'s abundance dry food available all the time... food might be his favorite thing other than his 2 yr old (human) brother! His personality could not be more perfect & he is the absolute most affectionate little guy ever! We met his dad when we picked him up from Pat and he does the same exact thing... little head butts to get your attention! He is more than we could have hoped for in a maine coon! He\'s the best! Thank you!!

Jasmine is so full of energy and personality, she sleeps all night and plays with us throughout the day. She keeps the house full of laughter. She has her next vet check up and rabies the 14th of this month, also have more of her kitten grind coming, between what we got from you and all the bags of I bought and then she got her kitten goodie bag from the vet with a lot of other samples as well as a rather large bag of dry kitten science diet I think she will be eating dry food for the next two to three months. I also got her a bunch of canned food. She is getting used to her morning routine of playing, food and then being groomed. Then does her morning routine of running, jumping across furniture, doing summer saults, climbing her tree, and then napping. Doing great with her teeth being brushed, she didn\'t like that at first but she is getting used to it now. The vet was amazed as to how calm she was at her last visit when she got her feline leukemia shot. There were two dogs who had just had surgery in with her and she paid them no mind. We love her so much and she loves us back, thank you for the joy you have brought into our home.

I can\'t Thank you enough Pat for such an amazing sweet little boy. Fate made it possible for me to get him and he has stolen my heart. The transition in my household which I thought could have been rocky was literally within 48 hours and super smoothe. Patricia and her cats are fantastic!! We picked up our kitten in August and Ajax is awesome! He\'s so well socialized. He\'s sweet and playful and so loving. I can\'t believe he meets me at the door when I come home and hops into my lap for some loving. I can\'t get enough of him! Pat definitely takes great care breeding wonderful cats and gives them a great start in life. When we can handle another cat, we\'ll definitely be going back to Makanacoon for another. Ajax is 6 months and over 11 lbs already!
