this person asked about shade bathhouse etc. A little bit about the lake. Sand beach, lounge chairs and more to come. Life guards for sure, Chlorinated water NO. Water sample taken every week. Allowed 250 ppm out of 500ppm, before i have to close. We have never had more than 10 ppm. By the way, we post them for everyone to see unlike other beaches. Another little note, rated number 2 in about half of the state for being the best. That was from the pas state health inspector. Last but not least we're putting up a new bathhouse up.

I grew up in the area and went swimming there a couple of times, years ago. My whole family gets together every summer at a lake, usually in WI, but it would be nice to find something closer. Due to medical conditions, it would be nice to know about the water condition, such as: is it chlorinated? How often and what is it tested for? what's the temp? how deep is it? I would also like to know if you have picnic areas for families to bring in food and cook out, if they are planning to spend the day there? What are the facilities like that are available (bathrooms, concessions, etc)? Is there shade available for those who need relief from the sun? I noticed in many pictures that there was no lifeguard on duty-what are their hours? Are closings posted immediately on the website? I look forward to your responses; it may bring you many new and returning customers!

LOVE the website. Looking to bring my daughter and some friends there for a day of swimming and fun. Used to swim there as a child and loved the sand beach! I do think you should have hours, prices for swimming and go-karts etc on there. Also in reading comments saw the life jacket note. I think this information and costs are important. If someone is looking to plan a day at the lake, these costs would be important to them. Also - any specials that you have during the week as far as admission - if you have that sort of thing. Thanks!
