The purpose of this thread is to post your exercise plans for the week and what you have done on a daily basis to earn those AP's. My plan is treadmill 6 days for 50 minutes, possibly interchanging that with 40 minutes on the trainer. Uki

We all beat ourselfs up and need to stop. We did what most overweight people cant do..get to goal and live life and enjoy life. That means the scales are gonna go up and its no big deal. If we use all the tools we have and the support we have we can do this together....

frozen grapes with a twist
Just thought I'd share - this is a good snack. Take 2 cups red grapes - place in a large freezer ziploc bag with a package of sf jello powder (flavor of your choice - I have tried with cherry and orange). Shake to coat grapes and freeze. Taste sorta like skittle...
